Support for initiatives usually drops as election day approaches. So maybe it’s no surprise that all six of this year’s statewide initiatives are currently polling below 50 percent, at least according to the latest Elway poll, which found support lowest for I-1082 — only 31 percent say they support the Building Industry Association of Washington measure that would privatize the state’s worker compensation system.
