So Ryan Lewis has a new house in Magnolia, according to online real estate brokerage Redfin.

And it’s a nice one.

Reportedly purchased for $3.3 million on Jan. 31, the home, according to the Redfin press release, features four bedrooms, 3.75 bathrooms, and totals 7,610 square feet. It sits on nearly one acre.

As Redfin notes, “the home was previously owned by Ronald Elgin, the former CEO of DDB Seattle Inc.”

“This palatial home overlooking the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains immediately evokes a feeling of an old Italian mansion,” Redfin’s Jayson Haile says in the press release. “There are mini-kitchens in the living rooms upstairs and in the basement, perfect for entertaining on any level. The home is newer construction and fully ‘wired’ with tall ceilings on every level. Three aligned closets allow for the possibility of an elevator installation.”

Redfin says it confirmed the purchase “through property records, the listing agent and social media connections.”
