The majority of these concerned disconnected accounts.PSE allegedly gave customers wrong or misleading information concerning how much they needed to pay, says the Washington State Utilities and Transportation Commission, and increased the number of disconnection threats to low-income families by misapplying energy assistance funds intended to help them keep their power on during winter months.The company has 15 days to pay or dispute the fine.
