Sherri Head of Vancouver was at a Bank of America ATM when she says she felt what seemed like a brick wall falling down on her skull. Turns out it wasn’t anything structural, but rather a masked robber beating her with something blunt and heavy (either a pipe or flashlight, according to police).Head ended up in the hospital with 37 staples. Meanwhile, her unidentified attacker got away but without any cash because Head’s card was still in the ATM. His total take for the beating: 15 cents stolen from her wallet.
