Yeah, well, now instead of considering three well-defined options (tunnel, rebuild, surface) the state is back to considering ten potential replacements, including the once-rejected Elliott Bay Bridge over troubled waters. Since the floodgates are evidently back open, can we still get Onstot’s teleporter proposal on the list?
