Pulitzer Prize-winning writer Gene Weingarten has invented a game called “Should Be Convicted on Mug Shot Alone.” It’s completely juvenile — basically, if you’re ugly or have an unfortunate tattoo you “win” — but that’s what makes it fun. Because Washington doesn’t publish mug shots, we have to make due with contestants in our neighboring states.
