Pulitzer Prize-winning writer Gene Weingarten has invented a game called “Should Be Convicted on Mug Shot Alone.” It’s completely juvenile — basically, if you’re ugly or have an unfortunate tattoo you “win” — but that’s what makes it fun. Because Washington doesn’t publish mug shots, we have to make due with contestants in our neighboring states. So please enjoy this photo of Tammie Sue Benson-Whitehead, a Junction City, Oregon woman who failed to register as a sex offender, and is now, according to Weingarten, a “Division A Semifinalist.”
