Police say multiple witnesses have identified Edgar Sanchez as the shooter UPDATE: Federal Way police have identified the shooter. Details after the jump. Issaquah police have made an arrest in connection to Sunday’s double shooting in Federal Way. The name of the 21-year-old man arrested today at a downtown Issaquah apartment complex has not been released, but he may be one of the three suspects investigators have been on the lookout for since the weekend, when police responding to a call for service early Sunday morning found two men shot at the site of a large house party. One was pronounced dead at the scene. The other sustained a gunshot wound to the back and was transported to Harbor View hospital where he underwent surgery for non-life threatening injuries. Witnesses told police that the two were inside the home when an argument amongst the partygoers escalated into a fight. According to police, the altercation spilled out onto the front yard where shots were fired. Three men police have identified as suspects in the case then fled in unknown car. Federal Way police spokesperson Ray Bunk tells the Issaquah Press that the “person we believe is the shooter has not yet been arrested.” And KOMO reports that police are searching for the other two suspects, both believed to be Hispanic males between the ages of 20 and 30. UPDATE: Federal Way police this morning have identified 20-year-old Edgar “Sharky” Sanchez of Federal Way as the shooter in Sunday’s murder.He’s described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing 260 pounds. Police say Daniels maybe driving a black four-door sedan, possibly a Chrysler Sebring, and is considered armed and dangerous.
