On Friday Dec. 5, Laura Onstot reported that federal agents were in town vetting Sims for a possible appointment in the Obama Administration. Then, this past Monday, Joel Connelly of the P-I reported that federal agents were in town vetting Sims for a possible appointment in the Obama Administration. Now, today, Jim Brunner of the Seattle Times reports that federal agents are vetting Sims as a possible candidate for a federal appointment. Sounds like we can call this a consensus.Of course many people assumed Sims made a big blunder by getting behind Hillary early on in the race (as Aimee describes in her story). But it turns out that was probably the best way to win Mr. Team of Rivals’ heart. Indeed if Sims had only ripped Obama a new one during the campaign, maybe he would be head of the Interior Dept. now.
