The percentage of high-school students who admitted to smoking a cigarette in the previous month—the lowest such figures in a decade—according to a recently published report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Over 85 percent of the teens in the test group did declare, however, that they thought the survey “totally sucked.”
