Microsoft’s new Outlook 2010 has a new feature called “People Pane.” As Ars Technica explains, it’s like a Facebook feed for your e-mail account, including a picture of the person who you’re e-mailing with. But what happens when that person hasn’t uploaded a picture? Outlook puts in a silhouetted default photo that looks exactly like Bill Gates’ infamous mug shot.
