Mayor Mike McGinn, as we posted recently, is a veritable whirling dervish these days, working like a point guard going to the hole to return an NBA franchise to Seattle. Hizzoner, as everyone knows, has been on the outs with voters for quite some time, so landing a professional basketball team four years after the Sonics deserted could be a nice little coup.
