It’s easy for a place bigger than an airplane hangar to boast a wide beer selection, but it shouldn’t require a manual. You don’t need to know anything about beer to find a favorite at Two Bells, which over the years has introduced me to a number of beers that have become go-to orders. The selection is modest, but the curation is pristine and the rotation constant. It’s a beer-drinkers’ bar for people who just want to have a beer.
