We hear a loud CLUNK as the 10 Bus hits a 'dead spot'. I step off to sketch the scene. It doesn't take long for dispatch to get a large van to push the bus back on track. I, on the other hand, am left on the side of the road, still sketching. I can only laugh, as I now must wait for the next bus.

A few days later I run into the same bus driver, and he asks to see the drawing. You remember me! I say, and I sketch him a second time.
