If you’re an Eastside patient looking for in-home medical-marijuana delivery services, you may want to check out Zack’s Total Eastside Delivery. Zack is a personable young man, and though he doesn’t seem to have a huge variety of strains, he is punctual and the donations are reasonable.
As a Kitsap County resident, I was in the Bothell area for a medical appointment and decided to avail myself of one of the local delivery services (which have proliferated on the Eastside, largely due to the area’s unfriendliness toward storefront dispensaries). Zack was the first guy I called, and he quickly agreed to meet me in the parking lot of a local grocery.
He showed no signs of impatience when I ran a few minutes late (Bothell traffic can be really punishing right around 5 p.m.), and within a couple minutes of our introduction and handshake, I was in Zack’s BMW showing him my paperwork and Washington ID and getting a couple of eighths of medical marijuana.
The thing about most delivery services is, you need to pick the strains you want sight-unseen, so you must place a great deal of trust in both the overall quality of your delivery service’s strains and in their ability to help you select the strains that will work best for you.
With Zack’s assistance on the phone, I’d already selected Lemon Haze, a sativa, and Fire Wood, an indica, for my two eighths. We’d decided on those two particular strains after I asked for the best indica and the best sativa in the house. Both were $10 a gram, $35 an eighth.
I wasn’t unhappy with either selection. I knew within minutes of the transaction that the Lemon Haze wasn’t a mistake, as its tangy terpenes infused my car with their therapeutic bouquet. Haze is a heady, psychoactive strain—great for music listening, it also results in powerful munchies. It effectively addresses anxiety and nausea while enabling you to retain most functionality, although your thoughts will definitely tend to drift after indulging in more than a couple of tokes.
The Fire Wood, an indica of uncertain genetic origin, had a loose, shaggy trim, and, for an indica, atypically thin and runny buds. It’s a serviceable but unspectacular pain and insomnia medication, and while it won’t inspire you to write home, it will certainly help the hurt go away, or at least not matter as much.
Zack is listed on THCFinder.com, but don’t count on his online menu for current information, as the most recent time I checked, he hadn’t updated it since May.
