If you’re a Republican, there’s clear value in voting in tomorrow’s Presidential primary: Half of that party’s delegates will be assigned based on primary results. But for the caucus-obsessed Dems, the primary is but an expensive beauty contest. So does that mean left-leaning voters should eschew the ballot box entirely?
