For the last three months, this man has been hanging out in halls and staircases at Seatac apartment complexes, flashing women as they walked past, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office. As he’s begun grabbing at the women as they walk past, the department is concerned he’ll continue becoming more aggressive and are now seeking the public’s help in finding the exposer.
