Few restaurants this year have inspired as much food chatter as Revel, Fremont’s glossy street-food venture from Joule’s Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi. The excitement is well-warranted: Revel’s rice and noodle bowls, abounding with Korean seasoning, are wonderfully compelling, and the pancakes are the perfect canvas for the restaurant’s smart set of bold sauces.
