Dick’s is fast. Really fast. And for what it is, it’s really good. But Boka, the restaurant/bar on Hotel 1000’s ground floor, isn’t expected to be fast. And yet, even if every chair is occupied, the kitchen churns out refined, satisfying meals as though you’ve been given a number at a walk-up register.
