David Fox’s no good, very bad week just got much worse. Last Friday, a KOMO News report accused the lawyer running for Clallam County Prosecutor of sexually assaulting some of his male clients. Now Fox is in jail after a strange confrontation with a ticket agent at SeaTac, where he reportedly pulled a knife and started asking “weird questions.”According to a Port of Seattle police report, Fox approached the agent wearing a floppy hat, khaki shorts and a Hawaiian shirt. Unsteady on his feet, he took out the knife and asked a variant of the “Do you even know who I am?” question. Repeatedly telling the agent that he was a lawyer and a candidate for public office, and therefore did not have to listen to whatever they said.Sensing that they were dealing with a true weirdo, the agent called the cops. When Fox was pulled over driving his truck away from the terminal, police found a bag of weed and prescription pills for which he didn’t have a prescription in the front seat of his truck. He was later jailed for investigation of three drug charges and DUI, his bail set at $3,000.Although he won’t be prosecuted by the attorney general, the sheriff’s office is expected to file a complaint against Fox for the sexual assault accusations.Fox was accused of trying to trade representation with some male clients for sex. The lawyer admitted to the physical contact but claimed it was consensual, arguing that the people complaining were conducting a “gay witch hunt.”
