Dan Bertolet at Hugeasscity reports that the proposed 400 foot tower (pictured above) at 4th and Lenora (just up from Cinerama) recently underwent its design review recommendation meeting. He also notes that the project may have a better-than-average chance of coming to fruition because the developer, HAL, invests its own capital. Finally, it won’t do you much good unless you know someone who lives there, but the rooftop garden will double as an outdoor movie theater (3rd page of pdf), which should be pretty spectacular.
