Meanwhile, Russia just dropped its antitrust case against Microsoft, and the EU’s already nabbed it on the same charges once. And were it not for Thomas Penfield Jackson’s big mouth and the Bush Administration’s aversion to antitrust enforcement, Microsoft might be two companies right now.
