According to the SPD, this guy is blond.At a trial readiness hearing last Friday, all charges against David Romano, a bouncer picked up during Operation Sobering Thought for allegedly allowing a minor into Tia Lou’s, were dismissed. The City Attorney’s office hasn’t commented on why they were even pursuing charges against a man who was arrested based on the physical description of a bouncer who was 6-foot-2, blond and had a pierced eyebrow. Romano is about six inches shorter, brunette, and had his ear pierced as a teenager but hasn’t stuck any holes in his face since. “I have yet to have an apology for that,” he says. He doesn’t really expect to get one.
