According to Congress Daily, Inslee’s still in the running for Interior

Secretary, and also on a long list of potential nominees to head the Energy Department. Insiders say Obama may hold off announcing the head of Energy until he decides whether to create a new position that would coordinate energy and climate change policies for the White House. Inslee would likely be on the list for that as well. Also, fueling speculation down south, Congress Daily mentions former Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber as a “sleeper” pick to head Interior.
