WHADCHAGIT?Nitin Sawhney’s Beyond Skin. I think it’s his latest disc. I haven’t heard it yet. He brings in an Indian influence, a world kinda sound.

IS THAT REPRESENTATIVE OF WHAT YOU LISTEN TO? Eh, not really. I’m all over d’n’b, good house music. I buy a pretty wide variety of stuff, put it down on vinyl, see if it sticks.

HAVE YOU ALWAYS BEEN INTO DANCE MUSIC? I used to listen to Helmet and Quicksand in the early ’90s. It’s weird. I came up playing guitar and now I’m working with samples and vinyl.
