This past weekend, I got into a pretty deep conversation with a musician friend of mine about blogs. When we reached the subject of “comments” (her conclusion: less democratic, more harmful viral infection), she said: “Imagine if Isaac Brock was accused of rape during the blog era.” Yikes. Chilling indeed. Was 1999 really that long ago?
