The Moondoggies, who Brian J. Barr profiled awhile back in August, have just officially signed with Hardly Art, who’ve been signing up a storm as of late. Says label employee Nick Heliotis via email:”We are obviously thrilled as can be about this signing, and about the way their debut record (tentatively entitled Long Time Comin’) is turning out. They are in the final stages of mixing and we are talking about a summer release.”Other recent local HA signing, the Pica Beats are opening for Xiu Xiu at Chop Suey this weekend and for the Blow at the Triple Door on March 22nd.
