The Lonely H, former winners of Sound Off!Every year, the Experience Music Project hosts Sound Off!, a battle of the bands in which young (i.e. underage) artists vie for a shot at a performance slot at Bumbershoot 2010, among other prizes like, say, gear from Korg. Band’s who’ve won this competition over the years — Schoolyard Heroes, The Lonely H, Dyme Def, The Lonely Forest, Natalie Portman’s Shaved Head, etc — tend to go on to do very well for themselves, and not just in Seattle, either.
