The following wins for most disappointing e-mail subject line I’ve read all week: POSTPONED: Passion Pit at Showbox at the Market – October 11th. Boston’s indie electronic band was supposed to play a sold-out show tonight. Unfortunately, they’ve had to cancel due to “an illness in the band,” according to a press release from Seattle Theatre Group. Sigh. I’m totally bummed. More deets on a rescheduled show date will be released shortly. And all tickets will be honored. Here’s hoping Passion Pit gets healthy and comes back soon.
