The famous quote goes, “writing about music is like dancing about architecture.” So this week we said “screw it” and decided to get local butt ‘n’ boob-obsessed illustrator Brittany Kusa to draw about music instead. You’ve probably already read plenty that’s been written about Chastity Belt, the local quartet of Walla Walla slackers who moved to Seattle and quickly charmed their way into everyone’s hearts by singing about giant vaginas (on “Giant (Vagina)”) and nip slips (on… “Nip Slip”). This week, the band is back with its brand new sophomore LP, Time To Go Home, so we asked Kusa to take a listen and draw her favorite lines from the album:
