The Doe Bay Sessions – Drew Grow and the Pastors’ Wives from Sound on the Sound on Vimeo.Portland’s Drew Grow will be playing, minus the Pastors’ Wives, an acoustic solo set tonight at the Fremont Abbey for the 65th Round. We’re fans of Grow’s scorching quasi-religious folk-punk; check out this Sound on the Sound video of him and the Pastors’ Wives at Doe Bay Festival earlier this summer. Also performing at tonight’s round will be the local folk singer Tony Kevin Jr. and Hannah Williams, previously of Friday Mile. And, of course, there will also be live painting and slam poetry. Doors are at 7:30 and tickets are $7-$10.
