Renee McMahonLucinda Williams is playing the Woodland Park Zoo on Wednesday (6 p.m.), and I love cheeseburgers. These two facts were unrelated until five minutes ago. We’re meshing the two this way: The person who sends me the finest picture of a cheeseburger by 10 a.m. Tuesday will be given a pair of tickets to the show. The only catch is that you have to be able to pick the tickets up at our office (1008 Western Ave., Suite 300) by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, the day of the show. So, please, start sending me cheeseburger pictures! Extra points will be added if the burger can be had within walking/ferry distance of Seattle. Even more points if the burger is homemade. Bacon is not necessary (In fact, I’ve stopped putting bacon on my burger. It’s been hurting my teeth. Sometimes, if I forget, I just take the bacon off and eat it as an app, and THEN get into the burger. It’s kind of the same reason I don’t like hard candy in my ice cream. Love me some candy cane, just don’t want to cut my tongue, ya know?) but you’re welcome to include it.Send pictures to: ckornelis@seattleweekly.com, and please include “LUCINDA TICKETS” in the subject of your e-mail.
