Photos by Chris KornelisCat PowerWhen: Friday, April 11Where: Showbox SoDoWe’ll bring y’all some more photos and commentary on the show a bit later. But, since you’re wondering, the answer is no. There were no on-stage tantrums and she didn’t burst into tears. She also kept her pants buttoned up, which is more than she could say about her Showbox at the Market gig when she was supporting The Greatest. Although, I must admit, I left what I can only guess was a few minutes early. After 15 minutes of listening to the band vamp on some monotonous riff, sans Chan, I gave up on my delusion that she’d return for a stage-burning romp through “Satisfaction,” and followed the line out the door. Was I wrong? Did she put on a wicked finale?Update: Our friend Dagmar game through with a picture of the set list (after the jump), which, as I feared, included a screaming encore, featuring Satisfaction, The Moon, and The Greatest. But, it’s anyone’s guess as to whether the band made it that far. If you were more patient that I (and the first couple commenters) and made it to the end, let us know how it turned out.Photo by Dagmar
