Barsuk’s latest tree-hugging signees, Phantogram, make their music in a barn in upstate New York and they consider their hometown (smaller than Bremerton) to be too urban. Naturally, they peddle their electronic shoegaze fare on “When I’m Small,” a free mp3 off their forthcoming debut album (Feb. 9, 2010), Eyelid Movies.
