The Dinosaur Jr. frontman’s new 7″ comes out tomorrow, and it features a cover of Edie Brickell’s “Circle” as its A-side as well as “I’ve Been Thinking,” the aforementioned B-side. The track was recorded during the sessions for Mascis’ March-released solo acoustic album Several Shades of Why, and the “bright, slightly twangy ramble” of a song comes highly recommended in the latest issue of Reverb Monthly.
