Modest Mouse frontman Isaac Brock is using the power of his own record label to re-issue two of his band’s old EPs. On Nov. 9, Glacial Pace Recordings will re-issue 1997’s The Fruit That Ate Itself and 2001’s Sad Sappy Sucker on vinyl and CD. Both albums were produced by Calvin Johnson and originally issued on K Recs. You can pre-order both now.It doesn’t like the re-issues will be any different from the original pressings, aside from fixing the mislabeled track listing on The Fruit That Ate Itself.
