McTuff, one of the city’s favorite jazz-soul-funk trios, is playing SW’s REVERB Local Music Festival on October 8, alongside 69 of their colleagues along Ballard Ave. To get warmed up, they’re playing a Reverb Fest pre-funk tonight at 5:30 on the Hard Rock’s rooftop deck.The show is free, as is one of the best views of Elliott Bay (don’t get me started on how few places there are to drink and gawk at the view downtown).
