Someone has to pull me out of the wineries…How involved are you in the day-to-day operation of the vineyards, in terms of the scientific side of production?I definitely rely on professionals to make those decisions, but the overall vision of what I’d like to have happen with our land choices, with our varietal choices and how its drained [is mine]. I’m definitely growing with the project.
