I was hoping to find room to mention this in my column this week, but there was so much to cover, it ended up being cut. While attending the School of Rock’s sold-out, “Best of the Northwest” show last Saturday, I was very pleased to see former Showbox assistant booker/box office manager Sean Haskins (pictured at left) at the Crocodile, quietly operating in the capacity of the club’s new general manager. Sean, who was living in Brooklyn, NY until just last week, and also plays drums with the Wooden Birds, is a great addition to their personnel. Welcome back, Haskins!
