I ate this.Seriously, if you’re going to eat at Bumbershoot, hit up the barbecue stand next to Center Square Stage, outside EMP. This plate of pulled pork, smoked beef (that was a bit strange), spare ribs, two servings of coleslaw, and a roll was only $13. No, I couldn’t eat it all. The roll went untouched. This wasn’t the best plate of ‘cue I’ve ever had — and really, it couldn’t hold a candle to the pulled-port platter I polished off at Pig Iron on Friday — but for festival fare it was relatively easy on the belly and the wallet.
