Former Sleater-Kinney frontwoman Corin Tucker’s new solo project, which features ex-Unwound drummer Sara Lund (who, incidentally, is married to and has a baby with Red Fang bassist/vocalist Aaron Beam–thems some hard-rocking genes!), has announced its first Seattle date. The Corin Tucker Band will be at the Showbox at the Market on October 8. No word on ticket sales yet, but I’ll post more info when we learn more…
