Capitol Hill’s swanky karaoke spot, Rock Box, hosted a super happy happy

Capitol Hill’s swanky karaoke spot, Rock Box, hosted a super happy happy hour last night for lovers of all things Harajuku/Tokyo street/cosplay/kawaii. Special guests included Sebastian Masuda, founder of 6%DOKIDOKI – the super-hip Harajuku shop – and his shop girls, Tuka and Vani. Kicking off Sakura-Con in style!Which must be where all those people we saw lugging huge suitcases and styrofoam heads with wigs on them up Seneca this morning were heading.Photos by Sy Bean.Published on April 21, 2011
