Britney Spears is the epitome of a public spectacle. She got hitched in Vegas for 55 hours, then again to a backup dancer with a pregnant girlfriend, and right before being committed to a psych ward, shaved her head with electric clippers. Seriously, who better illustrates the perks and perils of fame?…Which is why independent comic book studio Bluewater Productions is releasing a biography comic book, Fame: Britney Spears, come March 2011. Spears isn’t the first superstar to get the comic book treatment. Bluewater’s Fame series, which examines celebrity culture and how people are affected by being in the public eye, has previously featured the likes of Justin Bieber and of course, Robert Pattinson.
