Bob Boilen and Robin Hilton, hosts of NPR’s popular music show All Songs Considered, are posting up at The Vera Project tonight, and spinning a few of their favorite songs. And, since it’s NPR, they’ll be chatting it up, too. They have KEXP DJ Kevin Cole on hand to kibitz, and THEESatisfaction are going to be playing a set. Because smart rap and NPR go together like leftover merlot and a fresh lemon wedge (trust me, I happened upon this low-brow sangria last night, and it’s awesome). The listening kicks off at 7 p.m., and tickets are free (get ’em via Brown Paper Tickets.)
