Their latest release is a two-song seven-inch that offers a pair of “W” songs, with the A-side, “Wallace,” the more rocking of the two, bringing to mind the big-riffs and big melodies of Archers of Loaf. While “Wanting,” the B-side, boasts a slow burn of a ballad, with a delicate vocal line that gives way to a catchy refrain that builds into a rocking climax. The band is selling the single for $10, which seems kinda steep, but petroleum is pretty expensive these days.
