As reported by Consequence of Sound earlier this afternoon, Prince has announced a seven-city club tour, with plans to stop in Seattle in mid-April. The West Coast dates were revealed Wednesday evening, during a podcast with Prince’s backing band, 3rd Eye Girl.

According to the concert poster (above), originally found at fan site Drfunkberry.com, the four Seattle shows – an early and late show on both April 18 and April 19 – are scheduled for the Showbox at the Market. However, the Showbox calendar currently lists the Revival Tour in the April 18 spot. AEG has yet to confirm the announcement.

UPDATE: According to a post at Drfunkberry.com, tickets for the Live Out Loud Tour go on sale at noon PST today. Links to buy tickets ($250 plus fees) for each venue are posted HERE. AEG has yet to release a statement about the shows (and venue) in Seattle.
