…and this is coming from someone whose opinion of Le Moz vacillates between mild admiration and extreme annoyance. While some of what makes this so strong is the caliber of players he has with him (that bass is just sick), it’s simply a solidly constructed pop song, replete with his signature ego-mania, dark-humored melodrama (“I was a small, fat child in a Welfare house”), and an infectious chorus.
