Microbrewery Peddler Brewing is celebrating their second anniversary in Ballard and will be hosting celebrations this entire weekend. The much anticipated release of both their Tangerine Hefeweizen and Dark Saison Oak Aged with Brett will be available on draft and in bomber form. In addition, the first 250 customers will receive a custom credit card bottle opener with the purchase of a bomber of any of the beer styles available. And we wrap up with big news about the expanding food empire of Tom Douglas who will be opening The Carlile Room (working title) at Ninth and Pine across from the Paramount Theater, reports Seattle Met. Opening night is targeted for June 1st and will feature rotisserie prime rib roast as well as a large variety of cheese. Cheers to having somewhere close to the Paramount. Now, how many TD restaurants can this city handle?!
