Wing Dome recently held a charity eat-off to raise money for Northwest Harvest. Teams of two – the rules required that one team member be from the media – competed against one another, beginning with mild wings and gradually moving up seven levels of spiciness until the bravest were brought the absolute hottest wings. Seattle Weekly’s own Erika Hobart, Julien Perry and Erin Thompson participated, along with a handful of other local media.Erika and Erin represented for the ladies, downing a combined 14 7-alarm wings, and providing this hilarious recap of the action.The winner, downing 24 7-Alarm wings in 15 minutes…was our very own team Julien Perry!! Never one to rest on someone else’s laurels, Julien says, “I only ate 3 of them, so you do the math!
