Wine World is coming this ThanksgivingA new restaurant called The Conservatory is moving into the former Sostanza Trattoria space at 1927 43rd Avenue East, according to Seattle Met. Creator Cormac Mahoney – the man behind the late and beloved Tako Truk – expects to open the establishment in early December.In other news, U District Daily reports that 23,000-square-foot superstore Wine World has set Thanksgiving as the deadline for opening at 400 Northeast 45th Street. Oenophiles will have plenty to be thankful for this season, including a tasting bar, a reserve cellar, cheese, chocolate, and even a cigar humidor.
