We’re thinking of dedicating our Versus column next week to the iconic Chicago Dog. You know, those hyper-hearty all-beef hot dogs topped with yellow mustard, bright green relish, onions, tomato wedges, pickles, peppers and finished with a dash of celery salt? Yep. Those ones. What we want to know is: Where in Seattle can you find a decent version? We imagine, living on the West Coast and all, that it might be hard to find an authentic Chicago Dog in these parts, but we’ll settle for a pretty good rip-off. Got a suggestion or two? Let us know in the comments section. As usual, we can’t promise we’ll use it, but we do promise to take your recommendation into strong consideration.
